  • The program must be paid in full prior to scheduling of sessions

    The program will automatically renew on the day your agreement expires - a monthly invoice will be delivered electronically.

    If sessions cannot be completed in the month due to "life situations', only with program renewal are unused sessions eligible to be rolled over with an expiration of 30 days

    Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, ACH, Venmo, Credit Card.

    Cancellation of automatic monthly withdrawal must be delivered five days before the start of the next billing cycle.

    All sales are final.

  • To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call/text (518) 669-3677.

    When you schedule a session with me, a block of time is reserved specifically for you. Time is valuable for both you and I. Therefore, a 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Should a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice not be given, that session will be deducted from the client's package of purchased sessions.

  • Should a client fail to show up for a scheduled session without either canc eling or rescheduling, that session will be deducted from the client's package of purchased sessions.
