Consultations

Complimentary Consultations are available for all new clients and last anywhere from 45-60 minutes. We will discuss previous fitness history and will discuss any prior injuries (if any). Once we can get a feel of where you’re currently at in your wellness journey, we will map out a plan for success. Our body assessment will then determine your individual fitness level to see how your body moves and where we will start you at.

One-on-One Personal Training at Kaliber Fitness is the most effective way to achieve your individual health and fitness goals for men and women of all ages. If you want to learn safe and proper techniques paired with the fundamental movements of a successful health and fitness program, our private personal training is a great place to begin.

Fitness is an important part of getting healthy and staying healthy. Encouraging children to be active from a young age sets good habits early on and helps them develop the skills they need to stay active throughout their lives.

While most adults think kids' personal training is about working out at a gym or lifting weights, for kids, it is about being active, running and doing the things kids do.
